Can someone help me. I printed 3 shipping labels for items some buyers bought (and paid shipping), but instead of charging the shipping costs to my paypal balance, it charged to my credit card.... ($90 in overage charges for $30 worth of shipping labels that should've been charged to my PENDING balance....) I dont know what i need to do...?
