I printed some shipping labels but ran out of ink. I went ahead and processed about 25 because I was in the swing of things and I knew once I left my office and got ink I would be able to go back in and re-print per the 24 hour policy.
To my surprize, The re printo option is not availale aymore. I made the transactions around 8/9am. It is not 11pm and no luck.
When I called customer service they told me to void and reprint. We I do not have the money to re-print right now. In addition, the oud label with be void and the customer will be asking why and need another. it make me look like a poorly ran business.
Can anyone help me with this. There are 7 labels I need to reprint.
