Paypal shipping not working?

I've been trying to print shipping this morning and keep getting an error message that says the postage is not working.  Anyone else experiencing this?  Thanks!

It's been an ongoing issue, on and off, for months now.

I suggest that you sign up with stamps.com or endicia as an alternate.

Just checking to see if you are looking to ship eBay orders.  If so, there is a free version of Stamps.com that is available.  To access this version, please use the following url: www.stamps.com/ebayfree1

Using Stamps.com, you can link your eBay (as well as other ecommerce platforms such as PayPal, Amazon, and more) to Stamps.com which allows you to import orders without the need to copy and paste order information.  With most platforms, Stamps.com will even post back shipping information such as mail class and tracking/customs numbers.

I thought you said free.. plus  I can not use it on my computre.. I use linux.
