Paid for two shipping labels

i was charged for 2 shipping labels and only used one.

Hi - I'm trying to find out the same thing.

 I know how to void an unused label in history but how do I get a refund for the unused label from paypal ?

Anyone know?

Don't know why it takes so long for a refund but I am now waiting for 2 refunds because my label did not print----

    * 21 calendar days on shipping labels for Media Mail and Parcel

Thank you for the information. I had just paid for two shipping labels - as the first one didn't print. I voided it out right away, but wasn't for sure what would happen next.  I appreciate the information and it is calming to know that I will eventually receive a credit.

Hi - so far the only way I've gotten a refund for an unused label is by contacting Paypal Help directly and asking for the refund.  In the past, I've done the void as directed and waited but no refund.

Now, I email paypal and I get the refund within a day or so as a "one time courtesy" .  I wish voiding and getting a refund was easier.

I'd like to know if anyone else has successfully gotten a refund from paypal for an unused label and how they got it.
