Package Size drop down no option for the new Flat Rate Padded Envelope

I'd like to know if PayPal is working towards including the new Flat Rate Padded Envelope option in the drop down menu for Priority Mail Package size.

I agree--I ship a lot of the new padded flat rate envelopes and it NEEDS to be an option for printing labels in multi-order shipping.

Please Paypal, get on this quickly!

Yeah, and LEGAL FLAT RATE TOO!  I just got packages returned and lost $20+ in shipping charges to reship them!  C'mon Paypal!

OK--everyone!  I called and talked to a Paypal rep yesterday (1/25/12) and he said this was the first time he had heard about this sort of issue.  He mentioned that enough people call and complain, that perhaps Paypal will check into adding what we need.

Get on the phone, folks!

Seriously?  We have to call them for them to update shipping options to be compliant with USPS?  That is kind of surprising since Ebay/Paypal is a multi-billion dollar company where half of the equation is sellers shipping items!

Me again--just login to Paypal and scroll down to the bottom of the page--click on "Contact Us", then scroll down to #2 Find Answers Here, and choose Call Us.  A Web PIN will be generated and use it when you make the call (only good for 60 minutes).  I called the Customer Service number and can't remember if I had to choose a certain department--seems like it was just a general support person.  Give it a try and post about what you find out.

Thank you Suzanne, I have also Email them and I'll post their response when I get it.  To do this... log in to your account, click on Contact Us, click on Email Us and on the Topic drop down select 'Business Solutions' and on the Sub Topic select 'Other Business Resources' and tell them there is no option for the Flat Rate Padded envelope and to fix the problem.

OK... here is the response I received from PayPal which pretty much temporarily resolves this issue:

Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. My name is Keith and I am happy to assist you.

We receive our rates and shipping options directly from USPS. As soon as USPS provides us with more shipping options, we will be able to provide these options to our customers. In the mean time, you may be able to access more options by visiting USPS.com directly - you can now use your PayPal account to pay for shipping at USPS.com.
