I cannot get my USPS labels to print. In IE8 I get this, Message: Object doesn't support this property or method. Firefox and Chrome are just blank. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Cleared every cookie and cache in the browser and in Java. I have tried tech support in eBay and Pay Pal and they both say that they have no idea of whats causing the error. It has been happening sporadically over the last few weeks and today it brought shipping to a standstill. Both eBay and Pay Pal tried to print the same label and could not. They both said they are going to have a specialist email me. 😕

It is only happening with international labels.

How LONG is the item?

If you're using First Class Mail, the items cannot be longer than 24 inches - in some cases, even less.

Same problem here.  International Priority labels won't load on any browser, and tried on 4 computers.  But Paypal cares because... oh wait, no, they're silent.

I hate to say this, but I don't have an answer, either.

I don't use Paypal shipping - I use endicia.  There are also options available at stamps.com.  Perhaps you should look into those alternatives.

Well, I had no problem printing from endicia, so it's not the Post Office, it's Paypal.

You could phone Paypal technical support on Monday or you could just use someone else.

Happy three months later! I'm having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. Did you end up resolving this? Or did you have to void the label and go elsewhere?
