Is anyone else aware of a problem with printing shipping labels today

I haven't been able to access Paypal Shipping all day....does anyone know if there is a problem and when it will be resolved?

I have Windows vista which had some upgrades yesterday.  I haven't ben able to print since then.  I can print from my work computer, though.
