I did nolt get to print a postage label that I paid for, and then I paid for another one that I did print but now I have paid for two and only used one. How do I get money back for the used & unprinted postage label?
In the email confirmation that they sent for your postage that you no longer need should contain a link that says to void shipping label and request refund. It'll take up to 15 days for a refund though., 😕
