I cannot print a shipping label

so i paid for and tried to print a shipping label, computer froze after i had paid for it and the printer would not print the label. tried 2 times to print, printer problem, now i cannot go back and reprint the label. i do not want to void the label cause that would mean that it would take a long time to get the money back nor do i want to pay double to ship some items that someone paid for, cause i would be losing money. can anyone tell me how to reprint the label?
