Hi! A potential customer to my online store was scared away because he wanted to order 3 items and the shipping cost was too high. Does anyone know if there is a way to combine them? Thank you!

I just make out a detailled invoice - it's under the "create an invoice" tab on your main page.
You can design the invoice any way you want and it includes a "Pay Now" button when your ustomer receives it ( if they have the HTML enabled in their email).
Watch the time on that, though - the system times out fairly quickly. Have everything ready beforehand ( I usually copy and paste into Notepad, then copy and paste into Paypal).
