I use paypal's shipping link to print all my labels, and they are always the same size, 4 x 6. I have received packages with the same type of label printed that was a little smaller, maybe about 3 x 4.5. Does anyone know how to reset the size before the label actually prints. I have tried everything I can think of. Thanks for anyone who can help. Ramona
