I have bought an item recently and got charged for it as well (through paypal), but in Alibaba account (in transaction details), it states that :shipping address was not provided.
Is Alibaba going to provide the seller with shipping address for me,since it wasn't asking me anywhere in this particular transaction for shipping address?
I would recommend contacting your seller in this case. They should've recevied shipping info when you made the payment, so if it's missing they should be able to tell you how they plan to get your address to ship your item.
