City field not auto-filling

I just recently noticed that after I type in the zip code, the city field doesn't auto-fill in. is there an option to turn that back on? or is there just something wrong with my browser?

I'm assuming paypal disabled it since it was 80% of the time wrong anyway as it stopped working for me too.
