I am getting a Black "box" where the label sample would be on the Java screen for International shipments. I can print Domestic just fine. Does anyone have a solution?
I am having the same problems and getting really frustrated. So, you are not alone. I have been trying to print since 5pm PST and it is now 8:30 driving me nuts!
