I have emailed sellers several times concerning shipping or questions about their products and have always been treated fairly with quick responses and quality service. Its only been twice that I have been burned by a seller who suddenly leaves eBay and not sent my purchases. Paypal has fixed this problem and so has eBay by showing a longer list of sellers so they can be found in the history. The number of sales seems to have no effect on people who leave.
