What the **** is it with CS at PP?  I wrote and asked CS four times!  I never got a reply, so I went to an older email and replied.  I got a responce and replied 3 times and no reply
<<MY  question  has  nothing  to  do  with  the  subject.   I  have  gone through  "contact  us"  at  the  PayPal.com  4  times  in  the  last  3 
weeks  and still  get no reply.   This  is  not  good  CS.  Here  I 
am,  typing  this  a  4th  time.  I'd appreciate  an  answer.  How can 
I set PP  to  instantly  charge  my  bank  for  purchases?  I  know  it 
can  be done.  The account  I  had  prior  to  this  one  did.  This 
and  my  stupidity  is costing me hundreds  of  dollars  in  bank 
fines.  Also,  how  can  I add  funds from  my<BR>bank<BR>faster  than  3
 to  5  days?

My un answered reply to her was
Mary,
You aren't listening. Prior to this act I had transfers made instantly.
For example, If I made an eBay purchase then checked my online banking the
transfer would be there. I believe, in fact, a PP representative told me
how to set this up.

If I get no reply this time I'm just going to close my acct.  This is not proffessional!
