I sent a payment 3 days ago now and the status is still marked as unclaimed. I called the recipient and they said that it never showed up for them? Has this happened to anyone before? What going on? Does papal make payments over the weekends or is it something else? Please help! Thanks!
A payment that is "unclaimed" is a payment that the seller must choose to accept in one of many ways. it could be that the type of payment or the currency that the payment was made in is set to notify the seller and they have to agree to it. OR It is possible that the payment was made to a unconfirmed or incorrect email address that the seller must confirm before the payment shows up. Please contact your seller to determine if this information will help resolve your concern.
