Visa as Debit Instead of Credit?

I have a Visa-branded debit card.  PayPal is now running is as a debit.  My bank charges me a fee for that.  How can I get PayPal to run my card as a credit card  instead of as a debit card?

It used to be during checkout, after changing from the icky default Bank Transfer to the ickier ATM/Debit, there would be a "Funding Sources" link I could click on.  That would either take me to another page or put a little window over the current page that had the option to switch processing from NYSE/debit to Visa.  Now with PayPal's new checkout procedure, there is no option to make that change.

This is what I see when I checkout now (I blurred out my sensitive info): http://i56.tinypic.com/2873rfd.gif

When I click on that "PayPal Policies" link, I'm taken to another page, but there's no option to switch processing from NYSE/debit to Visa on it.

Please help.

Although I think that it's deplorable that it's been 3 1/2 weeks since I posted my message and no PayPal staff member has bothered to reply, I am happy to report that PayPal put the "Funding Sources" link back on the page for the new checkout procedure.  Here's what it looks like now at the top of the page: http://i56.tinypic.com/mij4lc.gif

Its a visa violation and needs to be reported.  This just started.  They got rid of the funding sources link.

Choose the last option:

They are doing this to avoid chargebacks, however Visa doesn't allow you to advertise them, yet refuse them upon payment which is what PAYPAL is doing by running it through the STAR network.  This avoids chargebacks for paypal, since you can't do a chargeback on a debit transaction.
