Should I be concerned?

I paid for an Item with PayPal, the next day the Ebay seller is "unregistered" with eBay. 

Should I complain now, or wait till my item doesn't arrive?

File a dispute as soon as the system will allow you to here;

One of the drop-down lists contains wording like"seller is not a registered User" - click on that, it speeds the process up.
