Arranging to purchase rather expensive item overseas. Was on phone w/ PayPal rep - explained I wanted to use Bill Me Later, not debit card PayPal is linked to, to pay for item. Was assured this could be done. Seller has now sent invoice, yet only option I see available is the debit link ! Can I set this straight ?
If not.... can anyone tell me if I have him list it on his eBay site and I "Buy It Now" and go to pay via PayPal...if the Bill Me Later will be offered there (even though it's not on eBay USA) ?? Thanks in advance for any help !
