I just got my PayPal account to buy something from an Ebay merchant. I got the e-mail requesting payment but the invoice is not on my account. The e-mail asked for mobile payment which I don't feel comfortable doing. Because I'm new my bank account hasn't been linked yet but my credit card, a Visa, is and I want to pay with that. When I go to make payment it will let me take the steps to pay her, but with my balance being at $0 since I'm new if I click send payment how do I know it will go through the card and not decline?
