Transfers from PayPal to my bank from Merchant Acct - I can not designate which invoice, customer or other info this is being transferred for. Really need a comment field so I can match payments into PayPal to those going out to fund the expenses from my bank acct.
clopper - you are looking for a one-to-one relationship between income and expense so you can figure out profit on a per transaction level? This is how much I bought something for, here are the expenses associated with that order, and this is how much I have left over. You need a comment field so you can tie in your purchase (expense) with what was sold (income)?
