My Paypal Payments are not possible today. Is there a system crash or other error?
Today i attempted to make a "Buy it Now" Ebay purchase, went to pay using Paypal - got an Error"
"Payments are not possible at this time"
an Hour Later i tried to purchase a coffe mug at Cafe Express using Paypal.
Got the same error message!
Can this get fixed soon?
The quickest solution would be call PayPal & ask them via Phone.
I can personally say I have had no problems.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
