Hi there, I've been having some issues recently with making purchases through paypal. By Bank and my Debit card are both verified and confirmed, and show no problems in my paypal profile, or through my bank, but they are still no longer being accepted when i try to purchase things. I get a message saying that the payment options are not available for the purchase. It defaults to my debit card after my bank, and that too gets denied once i try to complete a transaction.
My paypal balance however works just fine, if I have money in my paypal balance, i can do transactions just fine, but recently i have been having the problem above.
My card expires in June 2012, so that should not be the reason.
Why is this happening, and can this be resolved?
