I have a 'pending transaction' that is the result of a vendor and PayPal computer systems not communicating properly. The vendor has no record of the transaction and PayPal is left with a 'pending transaction' for my account. I went through customer service to get this removed ... it was a big hassle and nothing changed. Any ideas?
