Each time I try sending a payment I always get error "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." I tried everything. I tried sending the payment 11-12 times and got the same error. I already have a bank account attached and it's already verified. I have an existing balance which is already positive (the amount excessises the amount for the item) and it still won't work. Same error!
I hope the issue has been resolved by now. I believe what you experienced is related to a known issue we were having around that time. I recommend removing and re-adding the bank account. That will usually reset it so the system recognizes that you have a bank account on file.
