Unbelievable, your advantage is YOU and YOU alone have control over what you know and the facts they PayPal/PayPal Smart Connect/GE Money Bank have Sooooo, many people involved in the issue that they have no clue what the other one has done or is doing or saying before answering you and they don't pay attention to what you are asking or saying. File online its faster and you can also call too. Make for sure you make a log the date, the time, the person you spoke to (whether it be a real name or fake name).
