I would like to know how to pay an euro bill using paypal dollar balance. I 've been paid in dollars. I also have paypal euro account, with nothing in it at the moment. I was buying something (air ticket) , paying via papal, in euros. I assumed that the money will be taken from my dollar paypal account ( after conversion). What seems to be happening is that the money comes out from my euro credit card ( possibly because my euro paypal account is empty?).
Can I change this behaviour? Do I have to convert my paypal dollars into euros to be able to pay my euro bills?
I am a bit confused here and will be grateful for any help.
