I have a bill me later account and wanted to use it as a way to send funds to others via my paypal account. I tried to follow the instructions to make that happen but I'm missing something. Is it even possible to use bill me later as a funding source for payal? It seems it's no difference then using a credit card as a funding source. Thanks!
