what shows up on THE RECEIVING person's bank account

i sent someone 100 quid as a gift via paypal but wanted it to be a surprise

would my name have shown up on their bank statement or would it just say paypal?

i used a new anon email address

It would have gone into their paypal balance, they have to withdrawn it themselves to their bank account.

Your name would show in the transaction history..
