hi.

i have sold an item of clothing with depop and used paypal for the money transations.

i have verified my account today  yet when i try to accept the money from the payment it says "verify your account" although i am already verified..? alfter clicking verified it just says you are not verified.. how do i solve this

How did you verify?

through retreaving a number from my halifax branch and then i verified my card trhrough online banking statement

To verify your card you have to enter the code on the paypal site next to the card you are verifying.
