unrecognised amount paid

Hiya, yesterday I recieved an email from eBay saying I recieved a payment of £439.20, but my actual pending paypal balance is £424.07 does anyone know why? Also on my paypal app it says my bank account is not registered, yet on my web browser it says it's confirmed! Please help

Don't know re your bank account but the payment exactly matches what you should receive after paypals fee is deducted.

You pay 3.4% + 20p per transaction.
