transfering money to different countries

Hi Guys

I'm struggling to find a way to transfer funds from my American paypal accoutn to my British paypal account.

Every time I type in the amount I want to send and press continue, the website crashes and no funds are sent to my UK account.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

Without seeing your account it is hard to tell what is happening here. If there is an issue on your account though, you are more likely to receive an error than have the website crash. I can only suggest clearing cache and cookies and trying another browser. If that doesn't help it would be a good idea to get in touch with our customer service team. They will be able to look into it further for you.

To find their details click 'contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page and then call or email us. Since you are sending the funds from your American account it is best to speak to our US support team.
