shown as paid on ebay but not paypal

Customer paid promptly toaday went to organise posting & payment not in paypal but fees for transaction have been tqaken-tried first thing nothing now fees shown but do not wish to send until payment shown. Any suggestions?

Dont ship until u see cleared payment in your acc

Try this:

Go to your ebay sold page find the transaction and click "more actions" at the side

Click "sell similar" scroll down and double check your ppal email address is correct without any spelling mistakes on your listings

If its wrong try adding that one to your ppal and see if the money comes thru(give it time)

Is your ppal acc linked to your ebay?
