Hey if i recieving  money does I have to accept something in email as he told me that he sent me some invoice.

Sounds like a scam.

Sellers send invoices not buyers.

If you are selling a virtual item then be careful.

If he has sent an invoice that says its

1.  a gift

2. can't be charged back

3. may take 24 hours to clear.

etc etc = scam.
