"Pleaes confirm your card number Visa x-8521"

First, there is a typo, "Pleaes" which made me think I've logged in to some phishing site. Please, correct it ASAP.

My problem is:

I'm trying to send 20 pound to my friend. PayPal wants to verify my identity and asks me my card number Visa x-8521.

After completing the card number, 8 numbers without spaces. next page appears. Green checmark with text  "Verified".

Then the original page appears again. Sum of money, currency, recipients's email address.

this takes place over and over again.

I called your help line (Dublin) and got following advise:

-clear browser cache and cookies (Firefox).

-try again after an hour.

So, I've tried that but same rat race takes place.

Do I have to delete my account totally? I've been using PayPal for years and made dozens of purchases.
