Hi, I have recently sold an item on depop and the money is not showing in my paypal account. The customer has also said that the money has left her account. Would it be possible to help with this matter as I need to send the item asap but cannot until the money has come through.

If its not showing at all in your paypal account then either they have not paid OR they have paid but made a mistake or a typo with the email address.

Ask them what it says in their paypal account next to the transaction.

1. Completed

2. Unclaimed.

3. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

Also ask them to copy / paste the email address used so you can make sure it was correct.
