I won item on ebay and paid same day via paypal Igot the message payment unclaimed the recipient of this payment is unregisterd the seller has now put a claim against me for non payment. Icancelled the first pay ment and paid again and got the same message. I phoned ebay and they said it was a mistake on the sellers part. but the dead line for paying has just gone. and the seller will not reply to my ebay messages or email.
I have a idea the seller does not want to sell at this low price.
