looked through my paypal summary and one of the payments has gone through twice, none of the steps available for hekp seem appropriate?
how do i get my money back?
plus the comapny sent me the wrong item anyway and are not answering my contact!! so frustrating so ive paid double for one item that isnt even correct.

When this happens, we would advise that you try reaching out to the merchant directly to advise them that there has been a duplicate payment and to request a refund on one of the transactions.
