how long does sent money take to be avaialable

Hi if i send money to soemone how long does it take for them to access it

Pretty much instantly into their paypal balance but allow a few hours.

Then they can tranfer it to any bank account they have linked to their paypal account but the transfer can take up to 72 hours.
