havent recieved payment

hi, i sold a games console to someone and they sent me over £100 on payapl goods and services. I got an email from paypal informing me the seller had sent me some money. however, its been over a week and i havent got the money nor is it pending. payapl havent helped at all and i cant get hold of the seller. someone please helpppp

OK well firstly don't send anything until you see that you have been paid.

Secondly are you sure that the email was from paypal and was not a spoof?

Thirdly are you sure that the funds did not hit your paypal balance and then you spent them on your next purchase?

Lastly does the transaction show up in your paypal transaction history?
