When it had sold we were told the funds are held for up to 4 weeks to make sure there is no problem either end with the buyer.
They have said item is find, done all the relevant stuff with ebay and funds still held 2 weeks in, is there anyway of these funds getting cleared sooner? we would of done cash on collection if we had know and money is tight tbh.

Regrettably, I can’t see your account here but if your payment is held as part of the New Seller’s Holds, I would recommend you ensuring the tracking number is added under the PayPal transaction details. Once the tracking will show the item has been delivered, the payment should be released after additional 3 days.This process is temporary and is in place to help you build positive selling history.
