buyers card not working to pay for item?

I have recently sold an item an sent invoice to persons email address due to not having a paypal account. But buyers is saying her card is not working! Is there any other easy way of payment? Any advice is grateful plz? Many thanks.x

It sounds to me like like might be a problem with your Buyer's card, rather than an issue with your PayPal account.
As a result, do you think your Buyer would consider contacting us through one of our other social media channels? That way we could pull up his/her account on our side to find the root cause of the problem.
