Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money

Hello Paypal Community , 
i've tried a lot to recieve money from people but i can't recieve anything and the people got this Message ,

We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.

so i tried to make Request Money but it gave me this one :

Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money
As a PayPal Send Only account holder, you are not permitted to receive funds from other PayPal account holders.

Your account cannot receive payments. To receive payments, set up your account.

i tried to Delete the account and re create a new one with another Email , but still the same i'm from Egypt and it's Already Authorized to send , recieve and Withdraw Money from Paypal so is there any solution ?!

Hi @AhmedElrayes,

Sorry for the delay. If your account is in Egypt, please go the 'Wallet' section in PayPal. You need to have an active Visa card or US bank account set up for 'automatic withdrawals'. Once you set this funding source you should be able to start receiving payments.
