Wrong bank account number in sending money to my bank account

In the process where I send my money to my bank account, I've input my ATM card number instead of my Bank account number. You've sent me an e-mail that I can view my money on my bank account on April 6, 2016 and it's already April 6 now. My money is not there. If the said situation is the cause, how can I get back my money to my paypal account? Also, I've sent you a personal message already with additional details. Pls respond and take action to it immediately.

If you are not seeing the money you withdrew to your bank account, we can initiate a trace on this for you once 14 working days have passed since the transfer was initiated. In order to have this trace initiated, you would need to contact Customer Support directly. You can find our contact details by clicking the 'Contact' option at the bottom of any page when logged in.
