Will someone sending me money see my address?

I am getting mixed answers from different people for this.

A person sent me money (non ebay) and I want to know if they can or have already seen my home address registered with the account?

No just your full name and email addy.

The only time paypal release an address is to a seller so they can send an item to a buyer.

Hello,

Does this apply paypal.me also?  I am concerned because when I went to set it up, I saw a big "City, State" under where my photo would be.  If so, I do not want to use this feature!
