I make modest donations to Wikipedia. This was the first time I used paypal I know PayPal fees can be quite hefty so I was wondering does PayPal have a concessionary policy for non-profit organisations to make donations more effective.Would Paypal ever consider enhancing a donation to wikipedia without seeking recognition or influence over that organisation?
