Why can't I get my personal paymants from abroad? I am from Armenia

I have done some work for the site , but their administration said that I can not reseive money because there are some problems with my paypal. How can I solve this problem?

You can't solve it, the option to 'receive' Paypal payments is not available in your country.

You can only use your Paypal account for 'sending' payments when purchasing items.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
