Why are some payments going to pending

some of my payments are clearing right away and some are going to pending? any way i can resolve this?

this is all from the same item on ebay? and ive been using paypal for years

If your eBay payment is on hold, it could be because:

• Your eBay account and PayPal account have been open for less than 6 months and you have limited selling activity.
• Your negative Feedback rating from buyers on eBay is more than 5%.
• Your average eBay Detailed Seller Rating is below 4.5.
• You’ve received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months.
• You’ve received several buyer complaints.
• You sell items in higher-risk categories where we see more chargebacks and disputes. These categories include tickets, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics, and cell phones.

You can log in to your PayPal account any time to view the status of a payment hold.
