When will paypal fund my sellers obey into my PayPal account?

I've sent PayPal my proof that I've sent the item to the eBay seller that I've sold an item to. And I have sent PayPal a photo of the receipt from the post office but PayPal have got back in touch with me saying that I need a copy of the barcode on the receipt but the post office didn't but a barcode on my receipt. What do I do?

I’m very sorry to hear this. This is unusual.

As per claim process the information that you would need to provide is the tracking number and at times proof of shipping to confirm that the item has been sent to the correct address. Are you sure this is not the information you’ve been asked to provide?

Regrettably we can’t see your account details here and I would recommend you contacting PayPal Customer Services via phone by clicking onto Contact us on any PayPal page as they will be able to review your account and provide you with more detailed explanation of what you need to provide.
